At Southern Cross Design & Drafting we do more than just draw plans. The design phase of any project is arguable the most critical - as it ultimately dictates everything that follows - and we provide a range of services to ensure that your project, be it residential or commercial, is designed professionally.

We are flexible in our approach to design and are able to explore all styles. We do not constrain ourselves to the current trends or to reproducing the same theme repeatedly.

It embodies the efficient use of space (both inside and out, including the best use of the site), incorporating energy efficient layouts and materials and also ensuring the design is optimised for efficient construction (saving both build time and money).
