Lithgow Fitness Centre is a friendly, family owned and run fitness centre, ready to help you achieve your health goals. We are situated just off Main Street, Lithgow, in the Old Trades Hall. This heritage, open-plan building built in 1910, is the perfect premisis for offering our array of fitness activites and spaces.\

Our Railway Pde premisis houses a large weights area, circut training area, group fitness space and is further enhanced by seperate cycle and cardio areas. With this range of activities, and our helpful and friendly staff, Lithgow Fitness Centre is well-equiped to cater for all fitness levels- from the beginner to the more serious trainer or athelete.\

CLASSES\
\
Body Pump : pump is a low impact class but is high in fun. This targets a broad range of fitness levels and aims to enhance exercise adherence and group exercise participation. It is designed to give you an overall workout. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight, inspire you to get the results you came for ? and fast!\
\
Body Balance Yoga : This is a class that will give increased flexability and strength as well as concerntration. Stretch and strengthen all major muscles throughout the class with controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to bring the body into a state of harmony and balance. Finish off with a meditation that will leave you completely relaxed and revived.\

T.H.T: This is a combination of aerobics and floor work that is suitable for beginners through to advanced, if \'Buns of steel\' are what you\'re after, this is the class for you!\
\
Restart: Is a very low impact class that is designed for those people that haven\'t used a gym in a while or who have never used a gym at all. It is great for the older generation who are a little intimidated by the gym.\
\
Boxercise: Is a high intensity cardiovascular class, combining elements of boxing and karate, using a series of movements such as punches, kicks and elbows into a boxing pad held by a training partner.\
\
Body Combat : This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo and Tai Chi to give you a great overall body workout. We use a variety of street fighting techniques including elbows and knees. Your abdominals will also recieve a fantastic workout from all the kicking and punching which compliments the highly motivating music.\
\
Spin(45): This is a 45 minute cycle class. It will give your lower body a fantastic impact free workout. Your fitness and endurance levels will improve very quickly due to this style of training. Calorie burning is very high due to the constant level of exercise.\
\
Step Attack : This is a high energy cardio class using an adjustable step to raise or lower the intensity of the workout. \
