Head-Balance is unique and was developed by experienced therapists.

Welcome to Head Balance

Eliminate your pain by re-balancing and exercising your jaw muscles with Head-Balance, used to treat the temporal-mandibular joint (articulation).

Head-Balance is unique and was developed by experienced therapists. It was tested on hundreds of people for 3 years with excellent results.

Head Balance is a stainless steel spring, with two tips made from elastomer (food-quality), its shape allows precise positioning of the incisors and canines for ideal effectiveness.

So anybody, regardless of their age or dental state (even wearers of dentures or bridges) has the ability to use this exerciser. Its centred position and its resistance result in simultaneous working of the right and left sides, which is essential.

Used and recommended by health professionals in Europe this device is user-friendly and at the same time extremely efficient for people suffering from migraines, headaches, vertigo, ringing in the ears, facial neuralgia (pains) and muscular tension in the neck, shoulders and back, as these are all directly linked to a dysfunction of the temporo-mandibular bones & muscles.

Head-Balance is a natural remedy to prevent and treat disequilibrium of the mandibular system which is frequently the cause of migraines, headaches, snoring, ringing in the ear, muscle tension the areas of neck, shoulders, or back and bruxism

This disequilibrium of the temporo-mandibular articulation can further provoke muscular tension in all parts of the body, including neck, shoulders and back - since all the muscles of the body are linked and work together in harmony.

All body muscles, function in complete co-cordination. If one muscle is under tension, it gives rise to an imbalance throughout the whole body. This causes aching, with localised or referred pains.

Mastication causes problems in nearly every individual, because it is done on one side only (right or left), and this is even worse if there are dental problems.

This results in asymmetrical muscle tone, and consequently an imbalance of the temporo-mandibular joint which has repercussions throughout the entire body.

Certain muscles involved in mastication, such as the masseter, the digastrics (arterior and posterior belly), the buccinators, the hyoglossal and the mylohyoid, play a part in the balancing of the muscles of the head, neck, shoulder and thorax.

Any imbalance relating to these muscles causes tension in the temporal, trapezoidal and sternocleidomastoidal muscles, which compress the nerves and blood vessels of these muscles, and this may trigger migraines, headaches, neuralgia and lead to a misalignment of the cervical and thoracic vertebrae. This tension is exacerbated by stress, changes in atmospheric pressure, fatigue, etc.

As the auditory canal is located just behind the temporo-mandibular joint, any continuous irritation at this level or any tension in the muscles of the tympanum may cause ringing or whistling noises in the ears (tinnitus).

Slackening of the muscles of the larynx and tension in the muscles of the neck are in most cases, related to snoring.

After in-depth clinical studies, we created a mouth exerciser (Head Balance) which uses symmetrical mastication to bring about rebalancing of the muscles of the head, neck and back, and of the digestive muscles.
