Natural therapies can effectively treat many conditions ranging from pain relief to physical and emotional stress, system imbalances, hormonal issues, sleep disturbances and much more.
As a certified practitioner of 'hands on' therapies, my role is to act as a facilitator, communicator and conduit to jump start my client's ability to re-balance, reset & correct their own dis-ease.
Some responses are very subtle yet others can be felt immediately. For example, I have had clients experience complete relief from the intense pain of a toothache within minutes of receiving treatment. Other clients have required ongoing treatments over a period of weeks for example; to gently recover from the effects of chemo and /or radiotherapy such as detoxifying the body of residual chemicals, improving digestion, reducing pain, reducing oedema, and increasing their energy and a sense of well-being. Some clients continue their treatment for months or years in order to maintain their improved health; such as in the case of regulating hormones for their monthly cycles or to ease the symptoms of menopause.
Each client is unique in their needs.
For those women who are trying to get pregnant, who are pregnant, who are close to delivery or who have recently given birth, maternity reflexology can provide them with support, comfort and relief. I have clients who have experienced successful outcomes in these areas.
There are even techniques that can be used with infants to improve minor discomforts such as stress, congestion, reflux, colic and gas.
Many people suffer poor sleeping patterns from insomnia to wakefulness during the night. Another common complaint is digestive problems. These are amongst many conditions that can be relieved with natural therapies.
I am a member of the ATMS (Australian Traditional-Medicine Society) and as such, many private health funds will provide rebates on treatments. Each health fund is different so please check which therapies your fund covers.
Bookings are by appointment only and are billed by the length of session at the rate of $65 per hour.
