Promote innate natural healing by identifying underlying causes of illness
Since graduating in 2005, I have practiced Holistic Kinesiology and Professional Counselling at various clinics, and in recent years from Park Orchards clinic in Melbourne's east.
I am a nationally registered Counsellor and Government Accredited Holistic Kinesiologist, having also been a group facilitator for over 15 years with the Cairnmillar Institute through their course 'Human Relations for Everyday Living".
My real passion is applying the art and skills of kinesiology, known today as a "body/mind science" to support clients in overcoming a wide range of emotional or physical issues that are manifested in the form of anxiety and stress, addictions, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, hormonal imbalance and women's health issues, phobias, fears and inhibitions. This healing model is based on a deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a sophisticated, and profound framework that gently, yet powerfully calls on the body's innate self healing ability to return the body, mind and spirit to a state of harmony and balance. This effectively helps liberate clients from unconscious patterns of negative beliefs and attitudes, allowing them to live more freely to their highest potential and life purpose.
My work is supported with having accumulated over 1500 hours of clinical experience.
Since the Black Saturday fires of February 2009, I have worked with individuals and families affected by the fires at Yarra Valley Practitioner Project in Yarra Glen.
