Welcome to a wonderful experience of dining at Ginnivans. We are open for A La Carte dining for Lunch Tuesday to Friday from 12.00 noon and Dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30pm.\

Our A La Carte Menu reflects the flavours of contemporary Australia with a modern approach to traditional Australian dishes.\

Our Executive Chef, Jason Walker creates dishes that delight our guests using the expertise he has gained from over 20 years as a chef as well as overseas travel where he has been able to experience at first hand many of the flavours that are now part of the multi cultural Australian taste experience\

WEDDINGS:\
At Ginnivans we have spectacular views over the Castle Hill Country Club with a Garden Area available exclusively for our clients to make use of for civil ceremonies and photography.\
\
A fantastic package is on offer inclusive of Canapés served with pre dinner drinks, a three course meal and full beverage service followed by coffee with chocolate.\
\
Our pianist plays our grand piano for the more formal part of your wedding and a disc jockey for the informal dancing. \
\
We also decorate the room with chair covers with the sash colour of your choice from our wide selection and your tables are highlighted with table centrepieces.\

CORPORATE FUNCTIONS:\
Ginnivans’ panoramic views of the Castle Hill Country Club course and gardens provide the perfect backdrop to any type of corporate function. The quality of food and service will ensure that your staff and or clients enjoy a pleasant function or event.\

We can cater for almost any type of corporate function including cocktail parties, sit down lunches or dinners, product launches or promotions, staff celebrations or Christmas parties.\
\
For larger groups you have the option of hiring the restaurant for your exclusive use. Our executive chef, Jason Walker, will design a menu with a choice of meals to fit your budget and requirements. For sit down meals for groups over 20 we recommend a set menu as being the best option.\
\
Ginnivans is available to host your corporate function or event for breakfast, lunch or dinner Tuesday to Friday or at other times by arrangement. \

CORPORATE GOLF DAYS:\
Golf packages are available through the Castle Hill Country Club; fully catered by Ginnivans to your requirements. There are two dining areas available for the catering of your Corporate Golf Day, Ginnivans Restaurant offers a more formal setting with full service, the Club’s Lounge area is a larger more casual room. \
