Established in 2004 by Paul Mattei, Fresh Fork is a catering company founded on organic, sustainable and fair trade principals.
Ingredients are sourced from local producers from the Gippsland, Macedon, Bellarine and Mornington regionsÂ… with emphasis upon FRESH, SEASONAL and INDIGENOUS produce.
After collaborating with Omid Jaffari in 2010, Fresh Fork has further developed its culinary repertoire with the successful launch of “the Botanical Way”, a culinary method adhering to 3 core food principals; simple, artful and flavourful.
What results is a sophisticated fusion of European influence coupled with Japanese styling and sensibility.
Every menu is tailor made to suit your occasion. Fresh Fork aims to delight everyone at your next event, from carnivores, pescatarian, vegetarian, gluten free, vegan and even raw and living foodists.
Specialising in unique event catering, from weddings to birthdays with an emphasis on artisan cakes and stylistic design, Fresh Fork offers full event management packages from beverage service and selection to creative staffing, interior and conceptual design and event public relations.
