EXPERIENCE Fifteen (15) Registered Salespeople with a combined local real estate sales experience of 110 years means that we know what we are talking about. Unfortunately, it is very easy to become a Real Estate Agent. A five-day course means that you can be selling ice creams one week and selling million dollar homes the next. That is not the case at Bennett Property. It is compulsory for each salesperson to undergo more than 100 hours of training each year to remain employed with our company. Any new salesperson completes 8 days of external training and 28 days of internal training before they are even allowed to talk to a new client, let alone advise them on Real Estate.
