Data retrieval (Get back those lost files!)
We've all done it (even me!) - deleted that file, emptied the recycle bin later, and then realised it was crucial, irreplaceable data, documents or photos. In most cases they can be retrieved. If this is your problem, turn the computer off and call me straight away (the more you use the PC the less likely the deleted files can be retrieved).
Hard-drive runover by a truck and smashed? Don't despair! Data can STILL be retrieved from it.
