Moniz Constructions Pty Ltd was founded by Jose Moniz on March 2002. It is a family and privately owned, independent business operating in almost all suburbs including Adelaide CBD. Jose, the owner is based in Adelaide where he continues to provide an experienced service in all building maintenance and renovations with his extensive background of more than 25 years in the materials and construction industry. He also has completed the Master Builders Green Living Program. In the office, we practice includes the use of the latest hardware and software management were almost all quotes, invoices, reports and files were sent via the internet. On the other hand, on a work site, we take care all waste and separate those for recycling. We only choose the products and materials that do not harm the environment and we are dedicated in using the best practice for sustainable solutions.
